The research is telling us that the highest leverage component of your sales teams is not the sales skills or the capabilities of your people, but the culture, the leadership, and the environment that is created for them to work in.

If the culture is an enriched safe place, where your people can grow, then your objective of creating a sustainable revenue multiplier can be relied on.                 If however, your culture is toxic, ultra competitive, where people are sacrificed for the pursuit of the numbers.  The high numbers are not telling you the true story that foundation-ally what you have created will collapse or crash spectacularly.

But you can reset. You can choose a different path.       A path of high engagement, loyalty and growth. As this intentional re-alignment will lead you to a culture, an environment that people will want to belong to, and be a part of.
